Dynamic Role : As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be hands-on with a wide variety of tasks, from fixing sewing machines to troubleshooting complex electrical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.

Preventive Maintenance : A key part of your role will be conducting regular preventive maintenance on machinery to avoid breakdowns and keep things running smoothly.
Electrical Expertise : You’ll troubleshoot electrical issues, read electrical prints, and work with both low and high-voltage systems (110V, 480V, 3-phase) to fix problems quickly.

Hands-On Carpentry : Whether it's fixing equipment or crafting crates for production and shipping, you'll be using carpentry tools to meet the needs of the production floor.
Fire Protection & Safety : You'll ensure that the fire protection sprinkler system is functioning and conduct safety checks to keep the workplace safe and compliant with safety guidelines.
Inventory Management : Help maintain an organized spare parts inventory and order parts when needed to keep production running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy : With basic PC skills and the ability to use technology to track repairs and inventory, you'll streamline maintenance tasks and keep everything well-documented.
