As Massage Therapist , you'll play a key role in designing and delivering individualized therapy sessions to promote relaxation, relieve tension, and support overall well-being. You'll also be trained to operate state-of-the-art body sculpting equipment tools rarely found elsewhere in Texas. This part-time position is ideal for professionals looking to expand their skill set in a serene and growth-oriented setting.
Work with advanced therapy equipment, including Cutera truFlex, truSculpt, and SecretRF
Conduct client consultations to assess preferences, needs, and medical histories
Design and perform custom massage sessions using various modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy)
Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and discretion throughout each appointment
Maintain thorough records of client interactions, preferences, and treatment plans
Collaborate with wellness team members to create an integrated client experience
Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and elegance in treatment rooms and shared spaces
Optional: Bring existing clients and earn higher compensation
Graduation from an accredited massage therapy program and valid state license
2+ years of hands-on massage therapy experience, preferably in a high-end spa or wellness center
Proficient in multiple techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy
Ability to adapt services to individual client needs and preferences
Availability for weekend shifts (Fridays and Saturdays) and occasional floater days
